the head master plays very important role in school management. the morden headmaster should be a leader not a dictator  in other word words the control excerice by the head master should be base on concerned. as a leader it responsablility to see the objective of education are being effectively realized through co-operative pllaning and execution. this kind of leadership express itself in two ways the leader influnce his co-worker and any in turn influnce him. no one is superior and no one is inferior
